Dorie (just google her) is the justly renowned and duly awarded author of many cookbooks. She splits her days between Connecticut and Paris (a hard life, I know) and is most famous for her baking (which might explain why we get on so well; I don’t bake anything at all).
Dorie’s also just plain-out joyful….hence the Fra Giocondo quotation:
