Herve Mommeja-Marin, 2013 Herve Mommeja-Marin, 2013

I know, I know....I messed up the upper forehead, but there's no messing around with pastels and watercolor once they're "done".  In any case, this is to be a birthday present for Herve's mother, who'll see absolutely NOTHING AMISS with anything to do with her eldest son.

I should say that I'm rather more than pleased with The Nose.  Herve (like Meryl Streep & John Barrymore) has a nose that (as the bewildered "Vogue" editor, Anna Wintour, once said of supermodel Gisele Mundchen) "Couldn't possibly belong to anyone else".

Personally, I think that's a wonderful compliment.....anyone could have a cute, little button nose like Doris Day or any number of Disney-channel child-stars.  It takes something to look unmistakably so yourself-&-no-one-else.
